Burdines Waterfront Marina and Bar & Grill: A Taste of New American Dining by the Water

Everything was great and as advertised. It is a rooftop bar/restaurant that has lots of wind. The food and service were great. Bacon wrapped shrimp was quite good. The shrimp sandwich was awkward to try to eat, but blackened it was a good sandwich. Very limited gluten free options. Forgot to take pictures of the food, but the view and atmosphere were great, including that we saw dolphins from the deck.

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Marathon Tradition – Never Miss It! ​We traded snow for sun this Christmas and aspect it in one of our favorite places.. Marathon! We make it a point to visit Burdines Waterfront every single time we are in Marathon. It is the quintessential Florida Keys experience—laid-back, unpretentious, and consistently amazing. ​The journey there is part of the charm, driving down to the very end of the road into the marina. Once you head upstairs to the tiki bar, you're rewarded with the best breeze and a perfect view of the boats in Boot Key Harbor. It’s our favorite spot to just sit back, relax, and soak in the "Old Florida" atmosphere. ​A few of our absolute favorites: ​The Fries: You cannot go here without ordering the fries with their signature "fry dust." They are hands-down the best in the Keys! ​Key Lime Pie: A total game-changer. If you think you've had good Key Lime pie, wait until you try it here. ​The staff is always friendly and hardworking, and the vibe is so welcoming. Whether you’re coming off a boat or just looking for the best casual lunch in town, Burdines is the place to be. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We only tried their famous fries, and their regular and fried Keylime Pie. We have tried 4 other places and their regular Keylime Pie so far is the best. Its crust, flavor and texture are all 10s.

Stopped here on a chilly January day. Definitely the best food I’ve had in our visit. The cheeseburger was large and delicious. The fries hot and tasty, maybe fried in beef fat? Hand cut, seasoned, and super fresh, we shared a basket between the 3 of us- more than enough. I wish we could have gotten out of the chilly breeze but that’s the kind of day it was so couldn’t be helped.

Fantastic experience here tonight. Great service and great food. You will not be disappointed. Best burger I had all week and Deep fried Key Lime pie was delicious. Thank you. Our server Alan was super and friendly.

We came to Burdines Waterfront on a whim, and The food was honestly incredible. Our server Emerson was so kind and attentive. Every recommendation he made was spot-on, and the Key Lime Pie was hands down the best I’ve ever had in the Keys (and I’ve tried quite a few). This place will definitely be a staple for us every time we come back to the Keys. Thank you so much for the great service and even better food!

Great experience. The Mahi Rueben was delicious and big sandwich. My husband enjoyed his burger. The fries were so good! No wait to be seated in the back area. Our waiter was welcoming and attentive. Dog friendly was a plus!

Great Florida Keys vibe and fantastic water front location with great views of boats moored and underway. Very good bar, food and special fries. Outdoor but good cover.
